The finned dry-burn heating tube is specially designed for high-efficiency air heating in industrial ovens and drying systems. Featuring an external finned structure, it provides a large heat dissipation surface area, allowing faster air temperature to rise and more uniform heat distribution. The design is optimized for dry environments, ensuring stable and reliable operation without direct contact with liquids.
Inside the tube, electric current flows through a high-resistance Ni-Cr wire. The generated heat is conducted through high-purity magnesium oxide insulation powder to the metal sheath surface and then efficiently transferred to the fins. These fins distribute heat evenly to the surrounding air, resulting in rapid heating, high thermal efficiency, and excellent energy utilization.
Constructed from high-quality stainless steel or nickel–iron–chromium alloy, the finned heating tube offers excellent oxidation resistance and long-term stability under high-temperature conditions. It is ideal for industrial ovens, drying chambers, and air heaters requiring continuous, high-efficiency, and dry-type heating.
