Description

The U-shaped finned stainless steel heating tube with fish-fin radiator fins is designed for efficient heat transfer, compact installation, and long-term durability.
Its unique fish-fin style fins greatly increase the heat dissipation surface area, resulting in faster heating and improved thermal efficiency when heating air, gases, or solid components.

The U-shaped structure provides uniform heat distribution and convenient mounting, making it ideal for space-limited heating systems.
Inside the tube, electric current flows through a high-resistance Ni–Cr wire, generating heat that is conducted through high-purity magnesium oxide insulation powder to the stainless steel sheath and external fins.
This structure ensures rapid, even heating and superior mechanical strength under continuous operation.
