Description

The explosion-proof flange heating element is designed for safe and efficient heating in hazardous or explosive environments.
It integrates a flange mounting structure with a sealed explosion-proof junction box, ensuring reliable electrical insulation and leak-proof performance.
This heater is ideal for heating liquids, gases, or oils in tanks, pipelines, and industrial process systems.

Inside the tube, a Ni–Cr resistance wire generates heat, which is transferred through high-purity magnesium oxide Nickel–Iron–Chromium Alloy to the stainless steel, copper, or nickel–iron–chromium alloy sheath.
The flange connection provides easy installation and secure sealing, while the explosion-proof enclosure ensures safe operation under high pressure, humidity, or volatile conditions.
